Our story
Founded in 2008, Intelligent Design brings over 25 years of architectural and technical draughting experience. The practice was created to combine strong technical skills with a personal, design‑focused approach to residential projects. We use 3D CAD drawing software to streamline our design work and technical documentation.
Intelligent Design is a Professional Member of ADNZ, and holds a Design 2 LBP licence.
