Home extension on Marine Parade

After

The clients wanted to add a second storey to their existing tiny 50m2 studio house to gain ground floor living space and gain two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Most important for them was that being quite prominent, the finished product maintained the character and looked attractive. Small upper-level balconies were added with frosted glass balustrades to keep some privacy. This was a hugely enjoyable project to work on.
