House Alteration in Days Bay

A tired three storey house on another steep site was presented to us, and we were asked to update and upgrade the house to ensure another generation of family could enjoy the sea views and handy location to the beach. The existing three floors were altered to fit four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and a fourth storey was added as the open plan kitchen, dining and living space affording even greater view over Days Bay. Large skylights in the sloped ceiling provides light from the north, and a large deck on the side provides the much needed outdoor living space. A challenging and rewarding project.
